Professor Ourania Nicolatou-Galitis is a Professor at the University of Athens and the founder of the Oral Supportive Oncology program in Greece. She has served as President of the International Society of Oral Oncology (ISOO) and Chair of the Multinational Association of Supportive Care in Cancer (MASCC) Bone Study Group.
In 2024, she was honored with the MASCC/ISOO Distinguished Service Award for her outstanding contributions to supportive oncology.

Her pioneering research has helped doctors and patients around the world to recognize and manage oral complications of cancer earlier and more effectively.

Professor Nicolatou-Galitis is also the co-founder and scientific responsible of the mycancer platform — a space where patients, families, and healthcare professionals can access education, support, and tools designed to improve outcomes and protect quality of life.
