12th Annual EUROHNC: the current management of head & neck cancer within a multidisciplinary framework Events, Seminars, & Publications 15. 10. 2019 The 12th Annual European Head and Neck Course was held in Amsterdam, from 9-11 October 2019 and brought together faculty members from many of the leading head and neck cancer centers from Europe and North America. The Greek delegates, Professor Ourania Nicolatou-Galitis, Professor Ioannis Sengas, Professor Timos Kyrodimos, Miltiades Trichas, Radiation Oncologist, and Vasilis Bakas, ENT Physician, all members of the Hellenic Society of Head and Neck Cancer, were happy to attend and participate in the Cours. www.eurohnc.com The experience of the faculty created a stimulating atmosphere. The excellent program covered the majority of the multidisciplinary approach, as it is needed, especially in head and neck cancer. The recent advances in diagnosis and treatment were provided with lectures and videos. Carcinogenesis, photodynamic therapy, transoral robotic surgery, function sparing radiotherapy, oropharyngeal cancers, including HPV related, were some of the main topics of the meeting. The Greek Delegation was awarded the 3rd Prize for their participation and presentation and wishes to thank the Organizers for the honor, as well as for the warm hospitality, and for offering this excellent course, which provided exceptionally high standards of education to all participants.
