Christos as a Graduate of Agriculture, started his professional activity in 1995 as a soil specialist. In 1998, after detailed collection and recording of data and images and having now basic experience, he cultivated his first vineyard, in Nea Karyes, Larissa, with an area of ​​5 acres. Today, the winery has vineyards of 50 acres, modern technological equipment, a space completely friendly to its users and the environment, and a wine cellar open to the public and wine lovers everywhere.

Our philosophy is to create wines with minimal intervention, from organically grown grapes. At all stages of the production process, ie from the moment the grapes reach our winery until the bottling of the wines, there is no addition of any substance of animal origin. Traditionally, various substances of animal origin are used to clarify wine; we, however, instead use a long period of stabilization in a tank at extremely low temperatures. Poultsidi Winery has secured Vegan certification for most of its wines.
The goal of our company is for everyone, regardless of eating habits, to be able to enjoy our wines.
